Josh Pasma
Lead Pastor
It's an honor to pastor in my hometown. My wife and I have 4 children. We love football baseball, track, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, soccer and of course steel drums. We believe everything we do is for God's glory. I'm a graduate of Whitworth University, Western Seminary and Grand Canyon University. I will never graduate from the feet of Jesus.

Dave Pardini
Associate Pastor
One of my goals each year is to be involved in about 150 significant conversations with people at Crossview. I so enjoy the openness and transparency of many of our people. Sometimes the conversations about Scripture inform us. Sometimes they can even transform us and make us better disciples of our Lord Jesus. We can have these conversations between the services or in our Bible studies or in the School of Ministry.

Doug Heric
Missions Pastor
I have a passion to bring the love of Jesus outside the church walls to make disciples in hard-to-reach places. After 12 years in Law Enforcement, I joined The Navigators in the Military and First Responder Ministry and graduated with a master’s degree in Chaplaincy and Ministry Care from Dallas Theological Seminary. I currently serve as a public safety chaplain in Tri Cities. The love of my life, Christine, and I have been married for 31 years and have five children ranging in age from 29 to 16.

Spencer Wall
Discipleship Pastor
Christians are called to more than just attending church – we are all called to be and make disciples, specifically in the context of Gospel-centered relationships. It's my privilege and passion to facilitate discipleship at Crossview, and I look forward to meeting you and seeing how we can help you grow in Christlike maturity. I am married to Krystalan, and we have 4 children; we have been blessed to grow in our own maturity by the power of the Holy Spirit through this community we have called family since 2020. In addition to being one of your pastors, you might find me playing bass on the worship team or teaching in our School of Ministry.

Tim Cross
Elder/Executive Director
Growing up in a Christian home I went to church every Sunday and came to faith at a young age. I am blessed to serve with and call Crossview Community Church home. Each week we love to open our home and host a Life Group as it allows us to grow deeper with other believers and do life together. My wife and I have three daughters + a bonus daughter that we are very grateful she is part of our family.

Ben Lindberg
Elder
My wife Sara and I have gone to Crossview since 2007 and have enjoyed seeing it grow and mature as a body and have been so blessed by all of the relationships made and people who have touched our lives. We even got to plant one of the first Life Groups way back then, that are still going today. I have been a church goer since a young kid but really didn’t dedicate my life to Christ till High School. We have 2 boys and I’m excited to see how God will work in their lives. In addition to being on the Elder team, you might see me helping teach back in CV Kids or in the media booth on Sundays

Dave Hagadorn
Elder
Our Lord shows himself to us in so many ways from His creation to the relationships and people he puts in our path. My wife and I are blessed to be part of the Crossview Community Church family, and we look forward to meeting you Sunday mornings, at a life group or a study class! It has been my experience that God brings us through life’s situations so that we can relate to those that He puts in our paths. The Bible teaches the importance of relationships, and I pray I never tire of developing the relationship with Jesus my Savior.
